We have a flat hierarchy here at Greystone, seeing everyone as equals. This role supports those in a business development style role by actively seeking to develop relationships with candidates that will last a lifetime. 

We keep in touch with our entire database on a quarterly basis, and you’ll be responsible for taking charge of this process, identifying new leads, qualifying candidates and maintaining relationships with non-active candidates. You’ll provide coaching to ensure all options have been exhausted within a candidates current business, before qualifying their search criteria and passing them across to your colleagues for the next part of their journey.

We offer a base salary of between £22,000-£45,000 depending on experience. 

Earn commission from your first placement, with no threshold.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have more leadership with clients, build stakeholder relationships, be involved with business strategy and have more responsibility across the business. Our Senior’s act as ambassadors to the team.

We offer a base salary of between £30,000-£55,000 depending on experience. 

For the right person, there are opportunities within the business to take over from current discipline heads and therefore take on a leadership role
