Our history

Greystone was founded in 2016 by Simon Wilson with one vision – to reimagine the way recruitment works.

With 15 years leading the UK’s No.1 Technical Engineering agency, he took everything he knew was wrong with the recruitment industry and threw it in the bin,

He then came up with an innovative, personal approach that would reinvent role-finding for engineers and employers across the UK.

With the quality of an individual being a pre-requisite for membership, our aim is to be the largest career network of first-class engineers in the UK.

With a selective approach and a rigorous vetting process, we concentrate on creating value and quality as opposed to volume; therefore we only work with building services engineers that we feel will add measurable value to a business.

We have specific roles within our business that exclusively manage member relationships; so our members have someone to guide and support them throughout their career journey.
