We have a flat hierarchy here at Greystone, seeing everyone as equals. This role supports those in a business development style role by actively seeking to develop relationships with candidates that will last a lifetime.
We keep in touch with our entire database on a quarterly basis, and you’ll be responsible for taking charge of this process, identifying new leads, qualifying candidates and maintaining relationships with non-active candidates. You’ll provide coaching to ensure all options have been exhausted within a candidates current business, before qualifying their search criteria and passing them across to your colleagues for the next part of their journey.

Financial GainWe offer a base salary of between £22,000-£45,000 depending on experience. Earn commission from your first placement, with no threshold.Work yourself up tiered commission bands that don’t reset to zero every month. For example, if you meet the 35% threshold in month 1, this continues into month 2.Monthly reward vouchers for Employee of the Month and Personal Brand of the Month
