Our initial discussions with Andrew were ignited by our salary guide in 2019 and led to a number of months coaching Andrew on how to have conversations with his current business to see if we could help him improve his career there. It wasn’t until nearly a year later, after a lack of materialisation, that Andrew decided it was time to move.

Andrew was looking to achieve the following:

Andrew's Story

Upon Andrew’s first contact with Greystone, we listened to how he was feeling about his role in his current business and discussed the building services market, engineering salaries and how Greystone’s methodology is to uncover opportunities that aren’t necessarily advertised.

As part of his journey, we coached Andrew on how to have conversations with his current business in a bid to help him find fulfilment and achieve his aspirations without the need for a career move.
